Contractors on the Student Housing project will be on site to trench and place piping for the new GeoExchange system. The work is on Fourth Street and at times will require reduced traffic to one lane.
Certified flaggers will be employed to ensure that vehicles and pedestrians can traverse the construction zone safely and that buses are only minimally disrupted.
